The a cappella group consisting of Kirstie Moldonado, Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying, Kevin Olusola, and newest member Matt Sallee who has taken the place of Avi Kaplan, has been marking their place on top charts since 2011. The musically gifted quintet Is due to release their 9th album in 9 years tomorrow on 4/13/2018. Although they’ve covered a vast range of genres including electronica, reggae, R&B, dubstep, and more, the seemingly fan favorite tends to be the groups covers of pop hits.

With this all in mind, the album up for release is titled PTX Presents: Top Pop, Vol. I. The album consists of various unique renditions of all of 2018’s top pop hits thus far. Currently released as singles off the album consists of ‘Attention’, ‘New Rules x Are You That Somebody?’, and ‘Havana’. The flow of all the vocals that we’ve heard in the three singles listed previously flow together so evenly, and just as always compliment each other. The most impressionable sound we’ve heard out of thr=e three, however is Kevin Olusola’s passionate and extreme beatboxing skills.

The Pentatonix Youtube channel consists of a stellar 13 million subscribers. Over the course of 7/18 through 9/18 Pentatonix will be stopping in 39 cities throughout the U.S. To say we’re hyped about this new Top Pop album is an indefinite underestimation. You can access the whole PTX Presents: Top Pop, Vol. I Album starting tomorrow (4/13/2018). Check out the cities and states they’re coming to at ptxofficial.com
