The life of Prince and his music will be celebrated on Saturday, October 15th at the Cleveland I-X Center when Morris Day and the Time and Shelia E. will pay tribute to The Purple One by playing his songs as well as their own.

Morris Day and the Time gained fame when they appeared in Purple Rain as Prince’s main competition.  Their major hits include “Jungle Love,” “The Bird” and “Ice Cream Castles.”

Sheila E. was one of Prince’s proteges and eventually became his girlfriend in the mid ’80s.  Prince co-wrote two of her biggest hits “Glamorous Life” and “Love Bazaar.”

You can expect both artists to perform those hits as well as some classic Prince tracks.  I’m sure everyone will be partying like it’s 1999.

You won’t want to miss this show!
